Established in 1994, Steel Mill Gym is an Owner-Operated gym. With a BS Degree in Physical Education from Canisius College and over 35 years of experience with Health and Fitness, you can be certain Steel Mill will be able to help you get and stay in shape.

From a complete beginner to a professional, we cater to all! We also offer additional services such as very affordable personal training and a full line of nutritional supplements. Powerlifters, olympic lifters, and bodybuilders are all welcome here and will be impressed by our olympic lifting station.
