Merge is a new restaurant and art space in Buffalo offering healthy and guilt-free options such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and raw meals. Merge is owned by two sisters venturing to bring fresh food and ideas to Buffalo. The young team at merge offers a place to relax, watch films, play games, hear local music, and participate in Thursday open-mic nights.
