Heatwave Heating and Cooling is a residential, full service, women owned heating, cooling and ventilation company.

We are a subsidiary of DWC Mechanical and began in 2005.  Heatwave has since become a leader in the residential HVAC business locally, and has achieved Trane's highest standing of  "Comfort Specialist", based on our training, customer satisfaction, and our value in customer feedback. We are also certified by the North American Technician Excellence, Inc. (N.A.T.E) Our training and experience allow us to give our customers the best options to maximize cost on their utility bills, and take full advantage of all rebates and incentives available.

We offer preventative maintenance agreements to ensure your systems are in working order and FREE home estimates.

We are a local dealer of TRANE products, but can service any make or model.
