Mineo & Sapio Italian Sausage manufactures fine Italian Sausage, Italian Sausage Patties, and Italian Meatballs. In addition to our delicious pork sausage, we have a complete line of low-fat chicken products, including chicken sausage, chicken patties, chicken meatballs, and chicken meat loaf. Mineo & Sapio also makes Andouille sausage and pork and chicken Chorizo.

Having been in existence since 1920, we are a Western New York tradition. We sell direct to consumers at our retail store at 410 Connecticut Street in Buffalo, New York, through major supermarkets and specialty stores throughout Western New York, and on our website. In addition, Mineo & Sapio Italian Sausage is a major supplier of Italian Sausage (links and patties) and Italian Meatballs to the food industry in Western New York.
