Elmwood Village Association (EVA) has evolved since its formation in 1994. The mission of EVA is to work with businesses and residents to enhance the unique urban character of our community; foster an economically healthy commercial district that is vibrant, walkable, clean, safe, and sustainable; and create a sense of community and belonging amongst all of its diverse residents, businesses, and visitors.
