PUSH organizes residents of Buffalo’s West Side to achieve greater community control. Through action oriented campaigns, PUSH mobilizes residents for direct engagement with irresponsible absentee landlords, government agencies and major corporations. PUSH is rooted in the needs and aspirations of low-income people of all backgrounds living on the West Side. PUSH celebrates the incredible diversity of peoples in the neighborhood and encourages broad, democratic participation in its direct action campaigns.

Enjoy a glass of local wine or hard cider at Buffalo First's Local Business Mixer March 16th. Join local business owners at Chateau Buffalo, at 1209 Hertel Avenue, from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. Appetizers will be provided by Taste of Thai, also located on Hertel Avenue. Part of the mixer will focus on how local retailers are dealing with the recession and how we can work together to get through it.

Buffalo's only boutique winery and cidery, Chateau Buffalo serves up the finest wines from New York's vineyards in its tasting room. Numerous Pride of New York foods, locally made jams and jellies, pastas, chocolates, sauces, pickles, maple syrup, mustard and chutney are available.
