Come to Buffalo First's Local Business Mixer at Betty's (and check out their new addition). Bring your staff members along too! There will be FREE food and a cash bar. The Local Business Mixer's goal is to provide a forum in which local independent businesses can socialize with, educate and strengthen one another in a casual atmosphere. Mixers help further the mission of Buffalo First by strengthening local independent business relationships, and educating locals about what they can do to build a strong, healthy and vibrant community. Enjoy a glass of local wine or hard cider at Buffalo First's Local Business Mixer March 16th. Join local business owners at Chateau Buffalo, at 1209 Hertel Avenue, from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. Appetizers will be provided by Taste of Thai, also located on Hertel Avenue. Part of the mixer will focus on how local retailers are dealing with the recession and how we can work together to get through it.
